Klaus Hilgers is the Founder & President of Epoch Consultants, Inc. (www.epoch-consult.com) where he is an internationally known consultant, speaker, author and trainer.

Klaus has designed and delivered programs to many clients including Taylor Guitar, A.C. Neilson, Anadigics, Budget Rent-A-Car, Dupont, the Prudential Insurance Company, RCA Service Company, the States of Florida, Texas, Arkansas and California, American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, Tennis Corporation of America, Tower Realty Trust, United Parcel Service, the U.S. Navy – to name a few.

He has published many articles in several magazines for various industries. In 2000 he was featured in five cable television shows covering numerous management topics. Other organizations that have benefited from his expertise include: The American Society for Training & Development, The American Formalwear Association, The Data Processing Managers Association, Government Technology Conference, Club Industry, Harvard University and many others.
