Joe Mathews is the author of Street Smart Franchising (www.streetsmartfranchising.com) and founded Franchise Performance Group where he works as a Franchise Consultant.
Joe specializes in helping franchisors achieve a breakthrough in results by recruiting top quality franchisees and training and coaching franchisees into peak performance.
Joe graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Since then, he has garnered a vast variety of experience working as a franchise manager for Subway, Blimpie, Motophoto, and Entrepreneur Source.
