For over two decades Christi has shared her love and passion for fitness as an exercise instructor, trainer of exercise leaders, international conference presenter, and has starred in 23 fitness videos and DVDs.

In addition to her own fitness production creations, Christi has also delivered her services as choreographer, trainer, and consultant to Denise Austin; Fitness guru of Lifetime TV.

Christi is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Aerobic & Fitness Association of American (AFAA) continuing education provider, and she offers her expertise at fitness conventions across the United States and around the world.

Christi continues to film and produce fitness DVDs, present at fitness conferences world-wide, mentor new fitness instructors, and teach her weekly fitness classes in Sedona, Arizona.
