In 1994, Jim Bell founded the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA) (www.ifpa-fitness.com). The IFPA has certified 60,000+ Fitness Professionals in less than 12 years.
Jim has written several books and hundreds of articles on various subjects in fitness health, nutrition, sports conditioning and motivation. He has presented thousands of hours of lecture at thousands of locations across the USA and dozens of foreign countries including the Fitness Industries premier trade shows, major fitness events and forums.

What is IFPA’s primary mission?
What drove you to create the organization?
Curently you are going threw the NOCA accreditation. Can you explain why you have chosen this rout of accreditation?
What is involved with the NOCA process?
Does having te NOCA accreditation still allow the individual certifications to still have a say so in how they structure teir information? Do they have an identity?
