Nick answered the following questions:

How long you have been a personal trainer and how long have you been running a soley-Internet-based fitness business?

What do you think has been the single greatest contributor to your success online?

What have been the biggest mistakes you’ve made in the process of establishing your online fitness business?

What do you feel is the single greatest obstacle holding other personal trainers back in their own business, either online or in the real world?

If you had to start your business from scratch and were only allowed to take away one single thing from your currrent business, what would it be and why?

Would you recommend every personal trainer try to follow the approach you’ve taken in terms of developing an online business, especially if a trainer is already training live clients full-time?

You mention affiliate marketing as a good solution for a busy trainer to get an online business going. How does affiliate marketing work and how can one be successful with it?

Is online personal training a viable business strategy? What are the advantages and drawbacks for a trainer looking to start up with that?

How important is good customer service when running an online business?

You’ve written 5 books on the subject of weight training. Can you give us a quick summary each one?

What makes your books unique in the fitness marketplace when there is so much information out there already?

Taking your fat loss book, Metabolic Surge, for example. Obviously, there are plenty of fat loss books out there right now. What makes this program different?

You obviously have a focus on unique exercises and inventing exercises. Can you give the listeners a couple of your favorite exercises to try out?

How do you go about inventing new exercises? What is the process?

Here’s the big question that will help our listeners… how can your books and exercises help other personal trainers improve their own business and client retention?

In your books, you talk a lot about keeping the body off-balance to get past training plataeus. What are your most powerful strategies for breaking plataeus when clients are stuck at a certain level and nothing seems to get them past it?

Going back to your other book, Gluteus to the Maximus, is there really that much of a market for information on building a bigger butt?

What is the importance of niche marketing in personal training both online and offline?

What advice would you have for a new personal trainer just getting started in the fitness business?

What advice would you have for a personal trainer who has been around awhile and looking to improve their business quickly?
