A lot of clubs and gyms make a big push in January and February to sign up new members. This puts a lot of pressure on employees. How does appreciation factor into keeping employees enthusiastic about being part of the membership drive?
A membership drive isn’t a one-day or even one-week endeavor. It takes a while! How does appreciation help keep employees motivated over the long haul?
Certainly, appreciating your employees sounds like a nice thing to do, but how can you use it to motivate and inspire employees?
Most businesses already have some kind of employee appreciation or incentive -type programs. Aren’t these sufficient ways to appreciate employees?
How are companies already using appreciation techniques to improve employee morale?
You talk about the tremendous impact appreciation can have on a company’s productivity. What do companies already using appreciation techniques do to improve employee performance?
You say that appreciation directly affects an employee’s physical health and mental and emotional well-being. How can it do that?
Is it hard for management and staff to buy into an appreciation concept?
Can you go overboard with appreciation, to the point it’s not taken to mean much of anything?
You talk about an “appreciation paradigm.” How does management fit into that?
